Kharkiv Biscuit Factory Kharkiv Biscuit Factory PJSC – is a modern confectionery enterprise specializing in the production of bakery confectionery products. The total production makes about 40 thousand tons per year. There are 1,200 employees working for the enterprise.

Kharkiv Biscuit Factory PJSC repeatedly took the first place in the National business rating of the best Ukrainian Manufacturers according to KVED (standard industrial classification of economic activities) 10.72.0 (production of non-perishable pastries).

Biscuit and waffle production facilities are equipped with modern European equipment:

• an Italian line to produce crackers,
• an Italian line to produce sponge-cake goods and rolls,
• an Italian line to produce jam-filled shortcrust pies,
• a German line to produce cookies with natural fruit fillings,
• an Austrian line to produce multi-layered waffles,
• an Austrian line to produce waffle rolls,
• an Austrian line to produce waffle desserts with porous chocolate mass,
• an Austrian line to produce glazed waffles,
• a German line to produce cookies with chocolate bars,
• automatic packing machines manufactured in France, Italy and Germany.

Employees of the Kharkiv Biscuit Factory are constantly searching for new production and process solutions. Due to technical upgrading and modernization of production facilities, processes are being constantly optimized and improved.

A careful choice of suppliers of raw materials and packing materials and study of European requirements to the quality and safety of confectionery products allowed the Biscuit Factory to be the first enterprise in the confectionery branch of Ukraine to enter the markets of Europe, America, Asia and China with its own products.

Quality and safety of manufactured products are monitored by production laboratories equipped with modern instruments and equipment for carrying out physical and chemical tests. Here, raw materials and materials, semi-finished and finished goods are checked. Observance of all legislative and standard requirements in the course of manufacturing confectionery products at the Kharkiv Biscuit Factory is confirmed by the National Certification Authority and certificates of conformity to international standards: ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System.
