Strategy for the development of the Corporation enterprises is aimed at innovations, implementation of new technologies, original recipes, improvement of quality and safety of confectionery products allowing increased availability of products in the highly competitive international and national markets.
Products are sold in all the regions of Ukraine, as well as in the CIS, countries of the Western Europe, Middle East, America and China.
Constant improvement of processes and personnel qualification allowed creation of not only a successful team of professionals manufacturing 350 items of qualitative confectionery products, but also gaining consumers’ recognition and trust.

The Biscuit-Chocolate Corporation, one of the largest confectionery enterprises in Ukraine, was created in 2004 by uniting Kharkovchanka, the oldest confectionery factory founded in 1896, and Kharkiv Biscuit Factory established in 1935.
Modern equipment of the leading European companies from Austria, Italy, Germany, Czechia and Holland, high technologies, excellent stable quality and observance of the best recipes, permanent efforts aimed at the creation of new original products allowed the Corporation to gain deserved recognition and trust of its consumers and be highly appreciated by professionals in Ukraine and beyond.
High quality of products manufactured by the Biscuit-Chocolate Corporation was repeatedly confirmed at the most prestigious international confectionery exhibitions, such as ISM (Cologne, Germany), FMI (Chicago, the USA), SIAL China (Shanghai, China) and SIAL Paris (Paris, France).
The Biscuit-Chocolate Corporation currently ranks second as of its output among the confectionery producers of Ukraine and exports its products to over 40 countries of the world.
Quality and safety of confectionery products manufactured by the Kharkiv Biscuit Factory and Kharkovchanka Confectionery Factory is ensured by the current quality management system at the enterprise. Factories of the Biscuit-Chocolate Corporation were the first confectionery enterprises in Ukraine to develop and introduce the quality management system more than 20 years ago.
Since then, the quality management system according to international standard ISO 9001:2015 and the food safety system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles in accordance with international standard ISO 22000:2005 ensure stable quality and control at all stages of confectionery production, at any point of production and storage process.
In 2017 the enterprises of Biscuit – Chocolate Corporation received the certificates FSSC 22000 “Food Safety System Certification 22000”.
These certificates as well as BRS and IFS certificates are recognized and approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the European Accreditation Cooperation (EA).
Since 2013, the Corporation enterprises annually and voluntarily certify their products for compliance with the Halal requirements. The certificates received confirm compliance of confectionery products to Islamic canonical norms.
All products manufactured by the Corporation are voluntarily certified in the National Certification Authority.
